Slack Factor

The ratio of the number of employees in a firm, to the number of Slack channels used by the firm. The higher the Slack Factor, the higher the number of Slack channels per employee, and the lower the possibility of finding that one message you know you just read a minute ago that you needed to respond to.
I just saw a question from Larry, but our Slack Factor is so high, I don't even remember what channel it was in any more. I guess he's not getting an answer.

Phui Factor

1. Phui Factor is a factor of safety applied to structural members. Buildings commonly use a factor of safety of 2.0 for each structural member. Where as when the Phui Factor is an applied safety factor of 8.0 for each structural member.
2. A term describing the structural capacity of a system far beyond the expected loads or actual loads.

3. The designing of an element to be more robust or extra featured than is deemed necessary for its primary application to be completed successfully.

4. To ensure a more than sufficient factor of safety, a more than sufficient functionality limit, or to overcome potential design errors that are considered acceptable for most users expectations.
