Think of a Scene kid making babies with a Kandi Kids. They dress brightly, wearing many beaded necklaces and bracelets. Wearing weird, random things -- goggles, ect. Nothing about them is subtle -- big hair, makeup, everything. Many things they wear will shine brightly under UV.
Now, where'd the differences between your average teen who dresses up?
They do it everyday, and they make it look good.
Not just pile on as many layers as you can.

The name of an attack from animanga series 'Jujutsu Kaisen.' A Black Flash is a distortion in space that occurs when a sorcerers cursed energy is applied within 0.000001 seconds of a physical hit. When a sorcerer is able to do this, their cursed energy flashes black, and the force and strength of their strike is equal to a normal hit amplified to the power of 2.5.

Black Pop

Promethazine/Codeine mixed with a carbonated beverage (soda), most commonly referred to as “lean.” Depending on the pharmaceutical brand of the medicine, it will be red, green, or most commonly purple. When mixed with the beverage of choice, the beverage darkens, hence the name “pop black” or “black pop.”
