The opposite of "That's What She Said"; when an innocent statement is interpreted sexually - lack of sexual skill, small pecker, etc. - when in fact the statement refers to something else
P-Phat: Dude, what do you think of my new loft?
MOCO: Dude, it's so small
P-Phat: That's NOT What She Said!

One of the best and most underrated bands of the 00s. Many people know them from the song ‘Tear You Apart’, which showed up on AHS: Hotel but they have many other great songs. Songs like “Broken Promises For Broken Hearts”, “Racheal”, “She Will Always Be A Broken Girl”, “Written In Blood” and “Suck It Up” are all but the tip of the iceberg with these guys. I would recommend this band to anyone that loves Joy Division, The Cure, Sisters Of Mercy, AFI and Depeche Mode.

A followup phrase that can possibly make just about anything someone just said funny or horribly unfunny.
Despite what anyone says, this shit is still funny.

Are you through yet? I am getting tired of holding this.
Yeah, that's what she said.
Wayne's World 1991. Possibly the first time this was uttered on the silver screen, or at all for that matter.
