Get the Don Zimmer mug.A form of protection used against magnetic mines by the Germans in World War Two. The material was put on to German Panzers to prevent their distruction. Zimmerit was applied using a type of spatula. There were several patterns including zig-zag, horizontal columns and rows, and vertical columns and rows. One ingredient was saw dust. It was suspected that Zimmerit would ignite when hit by an anti-tank shell and the process was halted in late 1944, but there is no evidence to prove that Zimmerit was ever flamable.
