Sudden Onset Confidence Syndrome

When someone, through some means (usually weight loss), gains a large and sudden boost to their confidence that turns them into egotistical dickheads. It can also exacerbate egos for people who were faking it and now that they have real confidence it makes them appear like they're bragging all the time.

Fella: Hey, did you see that Gary lost a ton of weight recently?
Mate: Yeah! Notice how he hates fat people now? And he scoffs at chicks that he previously would have crawled dick first through a valley of glass just for them to notice him?
Fella: I have!

Mate: Ya boy's got a bad case of Sudden Onset Confidence Syndrome.

Sudden Death Disease

Sudden Death Disease describes the condition, where something in your chest or stomach suddenly hurts a little too much for a little too long, so you accept the fact that you are going to die, even though you are probably fine.

Are you alright? You seem a bit distressed?

Oh yeah I'm fine, I'm just having a mild case of Sudden Death Disease right now.

Does NOT refer to the epic snapping pussy. Sudden snatching is when you smack a phone from someone taking your picture. It probably helps if you smack it, stomp it, thus make it a mic drop.

A mild illness that comes very soon after another mild illness. For example, when you have a flu and about a week before you had strep throat. The reason it's called sudden death is because it's the second round of your illness problems, as it were, and also it makes a morbid pun.

Sudden depression

Sudden depression occurs when you're literally just minding your own business and out of no where - a wave of depression slaps you in the face. No body knows why this happens but I assume it's just a mental thing.
