This is done to get rid of the homeless population in a fun, safe, ethical, family friendly fashion.

The same context as vlog, but with Snapchat. When someone posts on Snapchat Story to publicly document their life, situation, thought processes, etc... they are making a Snapchat Log (surely you know someone who does this).
