The formation of a word iminating the sound one makes when eating, such as om nom nom, crunch, slurp, chomp, etc. A portmandeau of om nom nom and onomatopoeia.

"While making dinner, I decided to sample the delicious feast I was preparing. Pleased with the results, I mouthed aloud an enthusiastic 'OM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM.' The others quickly dashed into the kitchen and queried as to just what in the hell the sound they heard was. 'An omnomnomapoeia,' I replied.
