Dulles Detention Zone

Dulles Detention Zone (noun):

A soulless, fluorescent-lit purgatory where hope goes to die, tucked in the ass-end of an airport, reserved for the poor bastards flying commuter jets. A liminal space of broken spirits, where passengers—having paid top dollar—are herded like livestock into overcrowded, makeshift waiting pens with no amenities, no dignity, and no god.
