A pejorative (put down) term for a person you don’t know. Used by boring, (and often talentless and uncreative) establishment, kids and people, that have usually lived in one place all their lives, to put down and discriminate, against everyone that’s new, or that they don’t know, especially if they are intimidated by that person’s looks or talents, and used to portray them as sinister or creepy, based on zero evidence and only that the person doesn’t know them.
