An overrated British "progressive" rock band that started in the 1970s that was popularized by loud ass females who say they listen to classic rock but can only name one of their albums which usually tends to be A Night at the Opera and they usually only know a few songs by them. A Night at the Opera sucks and only gained recognition because of Bohemian Rhapsody. They're also overrated because they ruined progressive rock and they're the reason that 80s progressive rock sounded too much like pop. In a nutshell, Queen is classic rock for basic bitches.
Guy: What kind of music do you like?
Girl: I like progressive rock
Guy: Who do you listen to?
Girl: I listen to Queen.
Guy: That's not real progressive rock. That's classic rock for people that don't listen to classic rock and instead listen to modern hip hop and pop.
Girl: How?
Guy: Queen was a sell out band. They made music for money rather than making it just for fun. You ain't real unless you listen to Genesis, Jethro Tull, King Crimson, Yes, Pink Floyd, Emerson Lake and Palmer, or Led Zeppelin.
