A non-Korean person who is excessively obsessed with Korean culture, particularly K-pop, K-dramas, and other aspects of Korean entertainment, often to the point of stereotyping or adopting superficial elements of the culture.
Derived from “weeaboo” (a term for people overly fixated on Japanese culture), but applied to Korean media and fandoms.
