An Anime Affair is when you are addicted and emotional to one anime and you absolutely love it, but then you watch another anime and you end up losing all your feelings to the previous anime and you start to become emotional about the new anime you are watching.

Person 1: Hey aren't you addicted to One Piece?
Person 2: Sorry, I had an anime affair with Naruto.
