When doing a poo, one begins wiping but then realises they need to finish the job and subsequently poo on top of the toilet paper, thus creating a tri-layer work.

The formation of the ordeal goes:

Typically occurs when the bowels are volatile and unpredictable (ie. diarrhea).

An Oreo is a Black person and or African or African American that appears to Black on the outside but has a sense of pro whiteness by any means necessary to carry out the White agenda in the inside; either thru political gain or Financial gain.
