weɪn interjection
Slang (origin: German youth slang, late 1990s–early 2000s) (informal)
1. Used to express indifference or lack of concern.
The slang wayne emerged in German-speaking internet forums and gaming communities in the late 1990s, originating as a phonetic shorthand for „Wen interessiert’s?“ (literally “Who’s interested?” or “Who cares?”). The phrase was often slurred together in fast speech, sounding like “Wayne interessiert’s?” Over time, wayne became a standalone response to dismiss unimportant information, much like egal or juckt nicht. While its popularity peaked in the 2000s, it remains in use, particularly in Switzerland, where it still punctuates moments of casual indifference.

A superhero who does not have powers and fighs crime as such. Of course Batman is not the instigiator of this trend, but he is one of the famous ones.
Looks like he's doing this a la Wayne

Used in several contexts, where the person asking is eagerly awaiting for something extraordinary to show up, happen or to be done.
The movie was a bit boring and slow-paced that Moayad started asking Wayn Alsaroukh? (The defining moment or plot twist)
Boys, the trip is almost done and we haven’t had a crazy experience, Wayn Alsarookh?!

When someone flagrantly causes an error to the point where it seems they did it on purpose, they have wayned it. A wayned action is something done so horribly that it couldn’t have been an accident, although it usually is.
He totally wayned that shot. He wasn’t even aiming at the pocket.
I’m totally wayning right now! I don’t even know what I’m doing.
She is going to wayne during the next challenge.
