When you receive, or send, a message to someone you have hooked up with or had a relationship with in the past or wanted to but didn't have the opportunity.

This is the same as hey stranger but used in a sassy way. This sometimes means the other person wants something very much with you. It can be used in the middle of the conversation when to play with someone meaning something but not saying it.

Person 1: I think you would really like that - huh?
Person 2: bye stranger
