The domain and claimed territory of a self-appointed, omnipotent Weenie. This domain is often virtual and/or electronic. Its boundaries are often unknown to anyone except the Weenie.

When "Joe" discovered I had gone into his sub-directory and worked on a spreadsheet without asking him first, he flipped out; I had inadvertently violated Weeniedom airspace.

Generally used to describe a person acting in a foolish or dumb manner. Also used as either a positive or negative remark insinuating love or distaste for the individual.

Depending on context to show affection or to show disrespect for someone.

Positive usage:
“Hello weeiner!”
“I missed ya you weeiner head”

Negative usage:
“He’s a weeiner”
“That is is a goofy weeiner”
