Naruto Abridged

A fan-made re-dubbed version of the anime series "Naruto". Made by MasakoX and Vegeta3986, it is a very famous series on YouTube and DailyMotion. It consists of all the characters in the original series, as well as others such as Clucky, The Log, and The One-Foot Tall Brick Wall. Personally a fan, the best characters in the series in my opinion are arguably Gaara of the Funk, Kakashi, and Clucky. If you're a fan of anime, naruto, or just want something to laugh about, then watch Naruto Abridged.

Narcotics Anonymous

Narcotics Anonymous is fellowship of men and women for whom drugs (and,yes, alcohol IS a drug) had become a major problem. They meet regularly to help each other stay clean. NA uses the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions as originated by AA, but have abridged them to be all-inclusive. Narcotics Anonymous was formed in 1953 by several addicts, the most well-known perhaps, being Jimmy K. The formation of NA was necessary because addicts were not welcomed into AA, and could not stay clean. Narcotics Anonymous has it's own literature, the most important being the Basic Text, and it's own unique language. NA uses "clean," "clean time," and "recovery," rather than sober and sobriety. Narcotics Anonymous has over 50,000 meetings per week worldwide. As stated in the 5th Tradition, every group has but one primary purpose; to carry the message to the addict who still suffers. That message is that an addict, any addict, can stop using drugs, lose the desire to use, and find a new way to live.

Any addict can join Narcotics Anonymous regardless of age, race, creed, sexual orientation, religion, or lack of religion. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using.

narm

Narm is a term used on the website TV Tropes for anything that attempts to achieve some kind of dramatic effect but, whether because of poor writing or poor acting, tends to instead be unintentionally humorous rather than dramatic.

The term comes from the show "Six Feet Under." During the climax of its last season, its main character is stricken by a brain embolism. As he suffers from the effects of his sudden seizure, he begins yelling the words "Numb arm," quickly slurring it into a single syllable.

I really love 24, but that scene where Jack yells, 'WHERE'S THE FOOTBALL!?' over and over is just full of narm. I couldn't stop laughing!

narrator

The narrator is the passive voice in the story. He/She/It will usually tell the reader or viewer what is going on and other little tidbits of information the main characters don't even know about.

Some narrators in famous books, movies, stories: The Brothers Karamazov, Fight Club, The Red Death.
