The large amount of shit still adhered to your asscrack or what may seep out after taking a massive dump, even though you were sure you sufficiently wiped to cleanliness.

This condition is noticed when you all the sudden feel massively crusty down there, and usually means you must re-enter the bathroom to tidy up.

Boss: "Why did you go to the bathroom again? You were just in there for 20 minutes."

You: "Sorry boss, I had a bad case of fecal afterbirth"

Fecal Dick is notorious for its references to widely-known commercials and viral internet videos such as Tourette's Guy, Disney eggs, the Double-Pits to Chesty Axe commercial, the Taco Bell Diet, the "Garbage Day" video, and Mountain Dew. A few of their songs include "Mountain Douche", "It's Not Chocolate", and "Turd Surfin' USA"
