The object is to get an unsuspecting person to start using your fake word in every day conversations with others who are not playing. Never tell them it's not a real word. I just heard Pearl talking to BB about her shoes. She said those thigh high boots were work appropriate nogardless of what management told her. And they look especially great with her baby blazer and fake bangs.

Spending countless hours playing a game may be a result of hardcore gaming, but is not a requirement. Simply playing a game without striving to improve or master the game is not hardcore gaming. That would be casual gaming.
