Originated by Torstein Horgmo in the shred flick “Horgasm” (4:32, 17:12), then made famous by Cartman in South Park's Tooth Fairy's Tats episode. It was then adopted as a code to live by from an impressionable crew of teenage Pacific Northwest up and comers.
