Time Snatcher

A time snatcher is associated with being within a "Verbal Handcuff". A time snatcher is an individual that tends to repeat stories (typically older women). These people tend to start an unwanted conversation that usually involves a topic(s) that has been beaten dead over and over by this individual. Time snatchers love to talk and will do anything to keep you in the space from leaving.

Woman: Blah blah blah blah blah. But, didn't blah blah blah blah blah blah blah...(indistinct blah blahs)

Possibilities of a Time Snatchers end times ranges between 20-65 Minutes.
