The act of exerting oneself to the extremes of human ability usually in the form of a physical activity typically for self-indulgence. Often involves excessive use of Lycra and some reptilian movements when water-based activities are involved. Cooch stuff is predominantly used term in some Seaside locations across the World from remote parts of Western Ireland to more populated area's of Eastern Australia.
