Core

Core: a suffix added onto something originally to indicate a sub genre of music (metalcore, emocore) but can also be used to indicate the "essence" of something.
For example: "that sweater vest is so preppycore" or "wow, Maia that shirt is so YOU. It's sooo Maia core"

noun Used to describe a situation when there's been a nuclear meltdown at a power generating facility. Derives from the state where the reactor core has fallen out of its protective shell (a critical situation).
It's a variation on the urban term four-on-the-floor.
Last we heard (and still being blacklisted by the international mass media), Fukushima was still going core on the floor.

Soft-Core violence

Throwing passive aggressive attacks while visualizing and fantasying actual violence.
(eg. I want to punch this guys in the face, but instead, I’m just going to throw popcorn at his face.)
