2. A unit of measure for a given skill set or task.

3. A term used to measure how much work or effort will be required by a compared amount of available skill.
1. Bob is worth at least 5 people bits, but Karen, who is much better at this task, is worth 14 people bits.

2. This job requires at least 20 people bits. (this example assumes each person is measured equally.)
