Penny is the most fun, kind, sweet, handsome man alive. He’s a little oblivious sometimes but that and any other flaw he has is worth it. Everyone who knows Penny knows that he’s the best; he’s the best friend, the best boyfriend, etc.. and overall the best person ever.
