Parliament act 1313 states that that "in all Parliaments, Treatises and other Assemblies, which should be made in the Realm of England for ever, that every Man shall come without all Force and Armour"

In simple terms, you ain't allowed to enter parliament wearing armour and according to vice, they are legally allowed to cut your head off
