Anything that is less than decent, i.e. a slot machine that gives you well less than you were expecting in a bonus, as coined by the great Vegas Matt.

a term coined by social media icon and professional gambler, Vegas Matt, combining the words shit and sandwich. the term sando is used to describe a gambling situation where a gambler will invest a sizeable bank roll, making maximum bets, in hopes of reaching a bonus round which can bring a substantially high rate of return on investment.
