Apart from emptying your wallet at strippers, rain is what happens to fuck-ass niggas when they cross a bunch of other mentally unstable niggas, resulting in the latter "riding" out to hunt the bitch-ass niggas with automatic weapons and making it rain metal bullets on them. Very similar to "spraying"
