Pumped up Kicks

Someone who thinks they are better or cooler, but mostly tougher, than they really are. Think "puffed up chest". Someone who is figuratively standing on their toes to seem taller.

All the kids with the pumped up kicks better outrun my gun = I don't care how tough you think you are, my bullets are tougher.

To be killed with any type of firearm (except a hunting rifle), with multiple bullets to the body.

Since bullets are made of lead, the phrase pumped full of lead makes sense no? And besides, learn what it means snitches get stiches the easy way, I.e not by being pumped full of lead.
