Hottest chinese guy ever. Usually born in Hong kong and hates China. Has a girl best friend, that he loves with all his heart. He's very intelligent but is lazy all the time. His favorite hobby is sleeping. Can be the nicest person, but can also be very mean and racist. Loves black women, but is too afraid to approach them. Some people may think he is homosexual because of how feminine he is, but the truth will eventually be revealed. "ka le" is the romanised Chinese words for 卡 (ka) 了 (le).
卡 = this means something is stuck or choked (hence the meaning = lag in this context)
了 = this is a word to show that the action has already happened
Therefore, ka le in Chinese means that it lagged or it is lagging.
Chinese players often say "ka le" in chat after pausing because they experience lag or other technical problems. That is where Twitch Chat caught it and turned it into a meme, especially during DAC.

Ka-Kow is an expression frequently used in the Adult Swim show Frisky Dingo. Mostly, it is used by Stan and Xander Crews. It is safe to presume it is an alternative to Boosh. It's meaning is very similar, in that it is used to express awesomeness on an extremely high level.
