Case of the Fuckheads

n. used to refer to a transient episode of stupidity or incompetence. Usually, a subject afflicted with a Case of the Fuckheads, is not a fuckhead the rest of the time, though some people more susceptible to repeat infection. If the condition becomes permanent, the subject has developed Fuckhead Syndrome.
Jim had a Case of the Fuckheads yesterday, but today he's gotten much better.

Dont' talk to Susan right now. She's having a case of the fuckheads.

John's had a really stubborn case of the fuckheads recently. I'm starting to wonder if he's got Fuckhead Syndrome.

Defined by Audrey Hepburn's character, Holly Golightly, in the movie "Breakfast at Tiffany's" as the opposite of "A case of the blues". Instead of becoming sad, "a case of the reds" infers that one is feeling overwhelmed or angry for no apparent reason.
When I heard that I would have to speak in front of a large audience, I suddenly got a case of the reds.
