A person who often scares away others (except for fellow skids). Their look and attitude derives from an inner hatred they have for themselves. Skids are the kind of people you will find sitting in the back of your class, stoned as fuck. They would also be seen doing drugs on a daily basis, as most skids are indeed addicted to marijuana.
