People that show signs of retard, but not every time. Flashes of a retard. It’s ism. Not completely, but sometimes.

You suffer from retardism. Symptoms: foggy brain, social discard, jumping out of a perfectly good airplane, sticking bare wires on your tongue, crossing the cross walk on a “don’t walk” sign. DONT WALK!!!!!
