The discovery of these mysterious parts may be accompanied by dry heaving since you just got your nuts slammed by a fist, ball or other hard object.

ovary twitch

When a female sees a child doing something cute, dressed up cute, or exhibiting some other form of cuteness, and wants a child right there at that very second. This can also happen when looking at something child-related, such as a pair of newborn Chucks.

I felt the ovary twitch when I saw a little boy sticking his tongue out at the piranhas at the zoo.

1. When a female does something extreme that may or may not be a result of what her ovaries are doing, yet they get blamed for it.
2. Overreacting in a female, esp. as a result of being on her period.

Eric: "Dude, Sarah really broke up with you just because you ate the last of the brownies?“

John: "yeah, but she'll be back within about a week or so. It's her time of the month, so she's just ovary-acting."

Ovary Chop

Similar to the nut chop but used mainly by women. Involves a double hand chopping motion to the hips (similar to the nut chop) but indicating the ovaries.
