Nerdfighter

A nerdfighter is a person who is proud to be nerdy and intelligent, and who fights to decrease WorldSuck. Nerdfighters are not composed of cells and tissue, but instead made entirely of awesome. Nerdfighters are known to perform their Happy dances when they are joyful, and each Happy dance is unique to its respective Nerdfighter. Nerdfighters are diverse in their hobbies, which can range from writing Nerdfighter songs to playing D&D. Nerdfighters have also been described as someone who is "Outgoing, intelligent and awesome enough to accept nerd as a compliment". The polar opposite of a Nerdfighter is a Decepticon.

Ghetto Nerd

Not the traditional white people type, mainstream, T.V. Steve Urkel nerd, but someone who has ghetto characteristics, lives in the ghetto and participates in ghetto activities (probably because they don't come from money either), but at the same time is a nerd, not popular in the hood, tries to keep his or her head in the books, and aspires to get out of the hood through education and legal jobs.
Ex:
The young dude that never comes out to hang out or be all in the streets but you see him daily going back and forth to school, 'cause he lives right around the corner.

Don't worry about Lisa she gone be alright she ain't no chicken head, she don't be in the streets with them thugs, she a ghetto nerd, right when she get off the bus she go straight to her Mama's and be in the books.

Don't be a Wangsta in attempt to avoid being a Ghetto Nerd, it's really not that serious!

Refers to the Nerdfighter community which has grown up around the Green brothers' Youtube channel, vlogbrothers.

Although the population of Nerdfighteria is scattered internationally, the citizens have united numerous times to decrease worldsuck through super secret projects, other charitable events, scavenger hunts, video montages, happy dancing, and gatherings.

Nerd Assault

Nerd assault occurs when an average or mediocre student outperforms a nerd on a particular assignment or exam, and subsequently informs the nerd that he/she was beat with minimal or no effort.

Dick - "Hey Nerd, what you get on that exam?"
Nerd - "91 percent."
Dick - "Wow. Good job. How long you study?"
Nerd - "About 14 hours."
Dick - "Cool. I only studied an hour before the exam and got a 94 percent."
Gary - "Haha Dick. That's some nerd assault."
