Afoofa act

( afoofa stand for all for one and one for all, a phrase from the 3 musketeers): an act of us congress in which theoretically all 50 states at one and the same time either adopt or reject a specific piece of legislation

A perfect candidate for the afoofa act should be abortion. It should be even the 10th amendment. I mean roe vs wade should be simple: either all 50 states adopt the 15 weeks when abortion is allowed or all 50 states ban abortion altogether .
