Typically, the term Bratwurst Bun is used to describe a woman who has gotten to where they are by putting a mans "Bratwurst" in their "Buns". In short, a woman that has more meat in her then an entire deli.

Girl 1: "Hey, can you believe that new car Brit has?"
Girl 2: "Oh please, she was only able to get it because she's Zack's little Bratwurst Bun."

Making buns

If a child or a parent is near, and you don't want to say 'Dude, I totally had sex with that girl!'. Instead, you say 'Dude, I totally made some buns with that girl last night!'. 'Making buns', putting it simply, is just having sex.
