alecdentally

'Alecdentally' is while using a weapon you do not follow proper safety protocols leading to innocent bystanders being injured or even killed . But it's not your fault because it's someone else's fault. Even though it is clearly your fault due to the above mention of not following proper safety procedures. ie. negligence

I alecdentally stabbed my fellow actor with a real knife because someone else was supposed to give me a fake prop knife. It's not my job to make sure the weapons are safe even though it was in my hand and I stabbed a coworker. Someone is responsible for this but it's not me.
