In the beginning, the gruggle presents itself as “am i really attracted to this gender or do i just like the features of this gender?”. It also appears in the middle, where it takes the form of “i do like these genders, but i view them as opposites in an opposite way” sometimes making the person question their own self-being. If it does not make them question their self-being, it will instead solidify the individual’s knowledge of their sexuality, causing intense euphoria and self-acceptance
