A modern phrase invented by a millennial of telling somebody to be humble and taking a crystal clear look at themselves before passing judgement and/or being critical towards others.

A post-coronavirus way of telling someone to either:
a) shut the fuck up;
b) go away;
c) go annoy someone else;
d) an all inclusive phrase of general distaste which includes a-c as well.
During the coronavirus times, global usage of video call software increased immensely. As some had access to better technology than others, sometimes people would mute themselves (or others) if they made too much noise, had too much white noise on their line or sometimes just because they were being annoying.
