Get the sugar fridaymug. The Friday Flop is like the finale of a bad reality TV show. You've made it through the week, but now you're drained and your brain is checked out. It's as if your neurons have started planning their weekend activities, and you're left with little motivation to do any work. So, you end up flopping around like a fish out of water, hoping for the sweet release of the weekend.

We eat Salads with a small amount of calories, with small fork, and drink a small glass of water. Note - Nothing here is LITTLE. This is not Little Tuesday. Stop doing little things on small Friday.
