The definition booger?; Is a scientific term to be told to your enemies a close friend, or family member. It goes down in history as one of the most knowledgeable pieces of literature to be graced on man-kind's eyes. The only phrase-word- that shows all meanings of life and death combined. It shows the unseen wars that we have begotten, and the ones that will become. It is the one, and only one, most important saying used by all cultures since the beginning of our universe. It has no meaning other than Booger? You are only able to use this word to enhance the quality of an essay, a speech, even in basic conversation, to make it better. The only other word like this is "Boogie?!". this phrase can only be used with a question mark at the end or you will sound retarded.
