Either bad or good.

Good kind of toxic- hot as fuck. Someone you just can’t get enough of. Like the Brittany Spears song.
Bad- fake ass bitch. Always negative and gives off a bad vibe.

Good-I wait to see her. She’s toxic to me. Can’t get enough.

Bad- I don’t want to lose her as a friend but she’s hella toxic. She’s your friend one second and then not the next.
