A meme that was created by the use of horrible instagram ads for the game “Mafia City”.
It is often misidentified as a meme started/popularised by YouTuber juggernaut, Pewdiepie, on 1/5/2019. However, it’s true origin lies with a video made by YouTuber, Slazo on 30/12/2018, titled “Hilariously Bad Instagram Ads (Mafia City)”.

Most definitions here are wrong since they don't include Koopsta Knicca. Original members were Koop, Lord Infamous, DJ Paul, Juicy, and Crunchy Black. The later members were La chat and gangsta boo. Project Pat was only an artist with the label who was featured a lot and brother of juicy j. (I think)
"They didn't worship the devil", well probably not, but they did make devil music. The original name of the group was Triple 6 Mafia, which imo was better than their most recent albums. They used horror movie scenes in their music and rapped about the dark side of being in the hood. They glorified killing, drugs, & sex which hypnotized young teens like me lol na but Mystic Stylez was their last triple 6 album I think. Koopsta Knicca (RIP) & Lord Infamous (RIP) rapped more about the devil shit. Juicy J was more a drug rapper. Paul made good beats but sucked at rapping. Crunchy was always wack. ...then they transitioned into crunk "tear the club up" music, then mainstream. Most known unknown was the last good album. Now they just old and shouldn't rap about the things ppl did in the 90s. Da Mafia 6 was wack

Can refer to any law enforcement organization or police officer. Especially those that practice unconstitutional practices such as illegal search and seizure, shooting of unarmed individuals, profiling, hypocritical actions in violation of the law, failure to act to solve a crime, moonlighting, or other unethical activities.
I would have made it to your party on time, but I was stopped by the Publicly Funded Mafia. They were conducting random searches and thought I looked easy.

That's How Mafia Works is an expression parodying Instagram advertisements for the mobile game Mafia City in which a cartoon businessman points to an image with the caption "That's how mafia works". The meme was created and popularised by YouTuber Slazo in the video "Hilariously Bad Instagram Ads" and spread by Slazo's fanbase through the r/slazo subreddit. It's commonly used as meme captions , in a similar way to other meme captions such as This Is So Sad, and is often used to emphasize when something is considered tough or edgy. The caption is also commonly featured in deep fried memes, shitposts, as a macro image and as captions to Florida Man memes. The meme is also often used in conjunction with Mafia City memes.
Person 1:Hey so I was waiting for my food, and then an alpha male came up and said "Give me burger" and they gave him the food before than mine.

those annoying fucksticks who use gas-powered blowers that pollute the planet and annoy TF outta everyone with noise disruption
Clyde was reading in his sunroom on a quiet Saturday when all of a sudden he heard the thunderous din of leaf-blower mafia blowing debris from his neighbors yard. the blow-and-go crew started at 7 a.m. and really got under Clyde's skin. "fucking hell, when are we gonna invent a quiet, electric version of the leaf blowers? these goddamned machines are annoying and terrible for the planet." Clyde put his earbuds in and kept reading.
