{1} Rubber Boots (ex: Rain Boots/Mucking Boots)
{2} A pair of rubber boots used to protect lower extremities as you stomp (and walk) your way through inclement weather, or while either hiking, farming, hunting, and etc.

{3} A pair of rubber boots used for stomping (and walking) around if wearing them as more of a fashion statement than their intended use.

Looks like I'll need to pack my stompers according to the weather forecast.

Someone who smokes because they do not conform to popular society. They sometimes try to smoke with other smokers but are normally made fun of during the process.

dope stoner

A dope stoner is someone who smokes dope (meth, crack) without feining for it. As if they were just smoking weed. Not a common breed, seeing as most people that smoke dope are fiends.
