A kali-cat is a person who thinks they are better than everyone else, and always angry.
this name is usually given to a very short and very angry person, which is what spawns the "Cat" part of the name, and anybody with this nickname is usually very obnoxious as well.

Jared is SUCH a kali-cat, I cant make a single joke without him blowing up at me!
Lily is always so mad at me! I honestly think shes becoming a kali-cat
