Refers to the behavior of a clergyman whom his parishioners view as "stingy with the till", whereby he seems to not spend the church's donations freely enough for their intended purposes, such as to help the community's needy, perform upkeep on the church building, etc.

Ever since that new pastor came to town, the chiurch's bankroll has indeed fattened considerably, but the church has gotten kinda dingy-looking, and the low-income locals have been complaining of feeling ignored and neglected --- sounds like parsonmonious behavior to me!

As Tommy walked home from the office, he would always stop for a beer at the steakhouse when Jeanette was welcoming customers. The beer was over priced but the view made it worth it. Tommy knew he always fell for the Parrot on the Patio sales technique.

A word used by people who can maintain a serious stance, and face in any situation, whether it is funny scary or sad, while saying this word. Making anyone around laugh out of confusion and the absolute randomness of the singular word.

Random person at funeral: "Aw man.. it sucks without him here, I wish he could've made it through, but he's in a better place now.."

Short girl with ponytail: "Yea.. he was a good man"

Person #2: "it's a good thing he was able to scrap some of his criminal records, maybe he won't go to hell"
