Demon Time

A reference to Japanese animated media portraying a character unleashing their true potential for a (often) limited amount of time before they revert back to their regular state. The timeframe in which the character can persist in this elevated state is known as Demon Time, and is often used in reality as well to express extreme bursts of passion.
Eg 1: The Hero was getting destroyed by the Bad Guy, but then he went full demon time and took the win!

Eg 2: John goes demon time in the gym. I can’t keep up with him when we work out together!

No time for sergeants

When a work peer starts acting like your boss it’s no time for sergeants. A non-offensive, work-appropriate way of saying “you’re a dick and you are not my boss”.
Make the copies yourself if you want them done your way I’ve got no time for sergeants.

Time Addiction

Persistently asking the people around you what time is, even if all they do is mention the word time. A strenuous yet deep exercise used to work the mind, irritate those around you, and shut up those who do not have the experience that exists to debate the properties of time.
Earl: "We need another beer to add to Excalibur."
Zach: "Ok. Lets walk to the store."
Earl: "We're not going to have enough time"
Zach: "REALLY. But what is time?"
Earl: "You have a serious time addiction."
Zach: "What is time?"
