When a person is acting very slippery, or suspicious.

It can also be used as a replacement for the word 'slick' or 'suck'.
Sluck is able to be used as an insult as well.

"Oh man, you're acting very slucky right now man."
"Dude! That was so sluck!"
"You slucker!"
