“Paying the Troll toll” means to be taking a shit/poop without saying you are to make the conversation awkward.

“Pay the Troll Toll” is when a person needs to take a shit/poop but doesn’t want to make a conversation awkward when speaking with a friend or group of friends.

That coffee really expedited the troll toll payment this morning.
